What are the return and exchange policies?
The company observes a 30-day return policy within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Return of merchandise after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. The product must be in its original packaging with security tags, in new condition, undamaged, unscratched and unused. The prooof of purchase and the original warranty slip must be inserted in the packaging for return. Before you send you item back to the company, you must request a Return For Inspection number from the company. All orders for return and exchange will not be accepted without RFI number. To avail the Return For Inspection number, you can contact the customer care representative of the company by by clicking here. The customer should choose a prepaid traceable carrier such as the FedEx to return the product to track shipping easily.
